What's included in the hire price?
Cost includes the rental of the van plus fully comprehensive insurance and gas.
What time is collection and drop off?
Collection at 2pm – Drop off at 10am
Are dogs allowed?
Yes dogs are allowed in our campers, we just charge a small additional charge for cleaning.
What deposit do I need?
Upon booking, we will take a holding deposit to secure the booking. When you pick up the camper, we will require a £1200 security deposit, which is fully refundable, should the vehicle not be damaged and there is no insurance claims.
How many drivers are insured to drive the camper?
1 driver is included in the price, but this can be increased for an additional cost of £15 per driver, per hire.
Are there any mileage limitations?
Mileage is limited to 1000 per hire period, unless it is over one week, where it is then limited to 1000 miles per week. Excess mileage is charged at 15p per mile.
Where can I travel?
You can take the camper anywhere in the UK, or into Europe, with prior permission.
What ID is required?
Prior to collection of the vehicle, all drivers must send a copy of both sides of their driving licence, along with the check code to enable us to validate your licence.

We are considering buying a van or camper van, can you help?
Our sister company Rising Sun Campers can provide you with all the help you need to source or convert the van of your dreams. We will even refund the cost of your hire (T&C’s apply) if you end up buying a vehicle from Rising Sun Campers.
How old do I need to be to hire a camper?
You need to be between 21 and 79 years of age to hire Dolly and between 25-79 for Tilly and Bailey
